ネグラ立ち /Morning flight off
夜明け前。宮島沼から響くマガンの鳴き声を聞きながら、「その瞬間」を待つこと１時間弱・・突然、大きな羽ばたき音と共に宙に舞い上がるマガンの群れ。レンズをどこに向ければ良いのやら・・
Just before dawn, listening to the call of the geese echoing from Miyajima-numa(swamp) and waiting for “the Moment” for an hour. Suddenly, flocks of geese soared into the air with a loud flapping sound. I didn’t know where to point the lens…
田んぼに着地 /Landing
地面に降りる時は小刻みに羽ばたいて軟着陸。沼周辺の田んぼで食事です
When landing on the ground, they flapped their wings in small increments for a soft landing. They were eating in the rice paddies around the swamp.
お昼休み/ Noon Rest Period
お昼頃、沼に戻るマガンもいます
Some geese returned to the swamp around noon.
ネグラ入り /Homing
日が沈む頃、方々に散っていたマガンは沼に戻ってきました（日の入り時刻：PM 6:25頃）
As the sun set, the geese returned to the swamp.
