能取岬 /Cape Notoro
能取岬はオホーツク海に面し、遠方まで海を見渡すことができる道東の景勝地。網走市中心部に近く、冬の流氷観光にお勧めです
Cape Notoro faces the Sea of Okhotsk and is a scenic spot in eastern Hokkaido where you can see the sea from a distance. Close to the center of Abashiri City, and a must stop for winter drift ice sightseeing.
濤沸湖 / Lake Tofutsu
道東にある汽水湖。濤沸湖水鳥・湿地センターから見る濤沸湖と斜里岳（標高1547m）の眺めは最高です！
Lake Tofutsu is a brackish lake in eastern Hokkaido. The view of Mt. Shari (1547m above sea level) from Tofutsu-ko Waterfowl and Wetland Center is gorgeous!
羅臼 / Rause
道東の知床半島東側に位置し、海産物が豊か。夏冬通して観光船による海の生き物観察は人気
Located on the east side of the Shiretoko Peninsula in eastern Hokkaido, the area is rich in marine products. Observation of living creatures by sightseeing boats is popular both in summer and winter.
野付半島 / Notsuke Peninsula
道東にある日本最大の砂嘴（さし）。朽ちた木にとまるオオワシ、凍結した湾を横切る鹿の群れ・・遮るものはなく、遠くの動物がよく見渡せる
Notsuke Peninsula is in eastern Hokkaido and the largest sand spit in Japan. Steller’s eagles perched on rotting trees, herds of deer crossing the frozen bay… here, the view is unobstructed and animals can be seen in the distance.
霧多布岬 / Cape Kiritappu
道東の太平洋側にある霧多布岬。日に照らされたオレンジ色の海は一見暖かいように錯覚したが、気温はマイナス20℃
Cape Kiritappu on the Pacific Ocean side of East Hokkaido. At first glance, the orange sea illuminated by the sun gave the illusion of warmth, but it was minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit.

春国岱 / Shunkunitai

風蓮湖 /Lake Furen
ワシの越冬地、ハクチョウの中継地として知られる道東の汽水湖。凍結した湖の上にはさまざまな生き物が現れた
Lake Furen is known as a wintering ground for eagles, as well as a swan stopover site. Various creatures appeared on the frozen lake.
根室花咲 /Nemuro Hanasaki
道東の根室花咲にある国の天然記念物の「車石」。その見学用の通路で海岸近くまで降りることができ、バードウォッチングもできます
Kuruma-ishi, a national natural treasure, in Nemuro Hanasaki in eastern Hokkaido. You can go to near the shore on a footpath for its viewing and bird watching.
